• I understand that deleting my cloud data may permanently remove synced pharmacy records from PharmaAudit Cloud Sync Beta.
• For security, we may need to verify your identity and authority before deleting account or pharmacy workspace data. Please submit the request using the email address linked to your PharmaAudit account where possible. Requests relating to a pharmacy workspace may require confirmation from an authorised pharmacy owner, manager, or account holder.

Data that may be deleted includes:
– account information
– pharmacy workspace data
– stock records
– staff records
– near miss records
– expiry cycle records
– recall audit records
– synced pharmacy settings

Local data stored on your device can be removed by deleting the app or clearing app storage.

Some records may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, security, or legitimate business purposes.

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
