Getting started with PharmaAudit
PharmaAudit is designed to be simple to use. Most features require no setup — start by adding stock or scanning a barcode. See the FAQ to learn more about PharmaAudit core features and settings.
Recommended setting for first-time users:
1. Add staff
- Go to Settings → Staff
- Add team members
2. Add Pharmacy details
- Go to Settings → Pharmacy details
3. Add locations
- Create shelf/area names (e.g. Dispensary, Fridge), or sections by alphabet.
4. Enable UK Recalls (if wanted)
- Go to Settings → Recall settings
5. Enable Date Checking Cycles
- Go to Settings -> Expiry Check Cycle
6. Enable / disable price checking
- Go to Settings -> App preferences
