Getting started with PharmaAudit
Start your 7-day free trial to access PharmaAudit across the mobile app and secure web dashboard. No payment details are required, and your trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.
Recommended setup
1. Create your account
Select Start free trial, confirm your email address and sign in to PharmaAudit.
2. Choose your modules
During setup, select the features you want to use, such as:
- Stock and expiry monitoring
- Expiry check cycles
- Medicine recalls
- Waste records
- Near misses
- Incident management
- Temperature logs
- SOPs, learning, roles and responsibilities
You can skip this step if you are unsure.
3. Connect your team and devices
Invite team members, use Cloud Sync and access the same workspace across supported devices and the web dashboard.
4. Adjust your settings at any time
Modules and features can be turned on or off later from the Settings panel. You can also update staff, locations, date-checking cycles, fridges and other preferences whenever your workflow changes.
5. Start using PharmaAudit
Add stock manually or scan barcodes in the mobile app or via the dashboard. Upload your SOPs, add your job roles and responsibilities. If you are a pharmacy, you can use pre-set job roles and apply over 70 job responsibilities.
