Please use the form below to request data deletion.
We may need to verify your request before deleting data.
Data that may be deleted includes:
– account information
– pharmacy workspace data
– stock records
– staff records
– near miss records
– expiry cycle records
– recall audit records
– synced pharmacy settings
Local data stored on your device can be removed by deleting the app or clearing app storage.
Some records may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, security, or legitimate business purposes.
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
