PharmaAudit Cloud Dashboard
The PharmaAudit Cloud Dashboard can be used alongside the mobile app or independently through a web browser. Teams can enter, review and manage records directly from the dashboard, while organisations using the app can keep information synchronised across supported devices.
PharmaAudit Pro users can manage:
- expiring and expired stock;
- waste records and trends;
- near misses and incidents;
- medicine recalls;
- temperature records;
- stock actions, including removed, destroyed and used or dispensed items;
- SOPs and learning documents;
- staff job roles, responsibilities and skill matrix requirements;
- training acknowledgements, progress and compliance.
The dashboard gives managers, owners and team members a clear overview of operational activity. It includes summaries, filters and trend views, with tools to update stock details such as location, quantity and pack price, monitor expiry-check progress, review incidents and track audit activity across the organisation.
The SOP and Learning module allows organisations to manage procedures and training in one place. Managers can assign learning (upload documents), define job roles and responsibilities, and monitor acknowledgements and completion across the team.
PharmaAudit is designed to support day-to-day management, patient safety, compliance checks and audit preparation. Access is securely controlled through PharmaAudit accounts and active Pro entitlement.
